KGN Industries has been established in the year 2003 by Mr. Mohammed Imtiyaz, who has over 40 years of experience in the field of manufacturing steam boilers and pressure vessels.
Since our inception in the field of manufacturing, within a span of decade, we have established ourselves as pioneers in the market. We have positioned ourselves as a reputed manufacturers of IBR-approved Steam Boilers, Reactors, Industrial Chimneys, Industrial Receivers, and all pharmaceutical equipment, which are highly appreciated by our clients for features like long-lasting functional life, high performance, easier maintenance, and durability. All our products comply with industrial as well as international quality standards. We believe in maintaining long-standing relationships with our clients, this is how many of our customers have been in business with us for over 30 years.
With the above experience, in 2010 we started manufacturing Tyre Pyrolysis Plant. These machines convert Scrap/Used Tyres into renewable sources of energy in the form of Oil as the main output product and Carbon & Steel as it’s bi product. All these products have a huge demand in the industry.
With our expertise, we have successfully designed the industry's first full-door pyrolysis machinery, which had an innovative carbon discharge system that helps us unload the carbon from the door itself into jumbo bags with zero spillage. While the rest of the market was accustomed to the traditional design and carbon unloading methods, our design and implementation helped reduce labour-intensive tasks and made them simpler.
We have set up over 2000 successful machines all across the globe for our customers, including in countries like Uganda, Kenya, South Africa, Chile, UAE and Nepal.
Our experts at KGN Industries have practical knowledge of fabrication, service & maintenance, spanning over 40 years, majorly dealing with IBR Steam Boiler, the same experience has been used in the pyrolysis field, making it an extremely safe and strong machinery, associated with the Design, Engineering, Procurement, Installation, and Commissioning of the Pyrolysis Project.
